Each seminar will be approximately 1 hour in duration with time at the end for Q&A.  All seminars are interactive (i.e., if we discuss a technique or proper form, I will invite the class to practice with the instructor).

In this Seminar I teach your personel how to properly use the equipment found inside the office weight room.

Off season training to prevent injuries and increase athletic performance.

Common Injuries and ways to prevent them.

I discuss many of the most common injuries most people suffer from to include:  Shin splints, knee pain, back pain, heal spurs, etc.  I also discuss prevention.  We are not doctors or physical therapists, so we can't recommend any treatment regimens.

Running Improvement.

Many people run for fun or fitness, but most of them have never been taught how to run.  This one-hour seminar will provide the basics that everyone will wish they knew years ago.
